Science in Year 3 investigating the effects of water weathering on rocks! We submerged some rocks in water and froze them so we could observe what happened.

The children in Year 4 enjoyed researching a local habitat this week. We observed different species of plants and animals and explored threats to the woodland environment.

A huge thank you to @hyetteducation for our wonderful day of STEM workshops for Y4&5. The children made their own robots and then used algorithms to make the robots move along a range of routes. Lots of problem solving skills and resilience developed!

The Reception children have had a fantastic time exploring our Forest School area and looking for signs of Autumn along the way! Thanks to our 3 fantastic parent helpers for helping it all run smoothly. We're looking forward to our regular trips here and seeing what changes around us as the seasons change.
